overall an enjoyable read, but the characters fell flat for me in some instances and the pacing was odd. not a lot happened that was high stakes other than the last couple chapters so it felt like the story dragged on for the first bit.

this reads like a ghibli film, which i love, and the art style is gorgeous as well!!
