the first four chapters were interesting and a bit of a gut punch, but things went downhill with the internalizer/ externalizer chapter (with externalizers being weirdly villainized?!) and the rest of the book just was a meh self help book. Okay if that's what you're looking for, but it wasn't what I expected or was hoping for.
