The best thing about the book is that it's a small one. I could finish it in less than an hour.
The characters were sketched in advance and followed the pattern throughout. No sudden surprises except the father.
Just wondering if Mel would casually find another and leave the two alone considering she was obsessed with Luke from childhood. It's more a matter of pride than love for her.

A short, sweet book. Wish there was some conflict or multiple layers to add to the depth of the characters. Nevertheless, a good one.

Not as impressed as others who love it but it is a good read.

A simple and sweet story with a rushed ending. There were typos and missing/ misplaced quotes throughout the book. A few characters seemed to have no role to play.
3 star for the descriptions.

Great prologue and beginning that went downhill by the end of the story. Everything was too easy and someone who was claimed to be ruthless in prologue ended up looking like a joker.

A good, enjoyable read.

Interesting characters and a good read. Enjoyed it.

A kind-hearted sassy heroine and a hero not wanting to reform himself but ends up becoming the right kind of gentleman to marry her. The story almost takes off where book 1 ends and is an entertaining read without being overly dramatic or shallow.

A cute tale set during Christmas with a HEA ending.

This is a cute and sweet regency romance (not entirely romance either) with touches of Austen (as the title says). It's easy to read and enjoyable.
