The chemistry was great and the sex scenes were super fun, but all of the food stuff made me kind of squicked out (please don't put candy canes in your lady garden this has been a PSA)

It's a love story, but not really. It's about the written word, but not only. It's an adventure tale and a Southern gothic and a simple story of a girl and her dog, but it's bigger than all of those things.

I loved that Harrow crafts such beautiful, brilliant sentences that shine off the page in a way I haven't seen done since Lemony Snicket. I love that some plot reveals were obvious and others knocked me off my feet.

I love that this book can be read the first time with pulse pounding as you race to the end, but begs to be read again and savored.

Beautiful gut punches.

The parents in this book are absolute garbage, who lets their child walk home alone in snow like that

The illustrations were gorgeous but the story was really stupid.

It's really hard to recommend this book because it is chock full of rape and other abuse stories that make it sickening to read. The articles are well-written and well-researched, but overall I am struggling to understand why this collection exists.
