I read this because I was trying to find an appropriate book to recommend to grown-ups living in the US who have apparently never learned much about it.  I feel the definitions provided for some of the key terms in this work would be unclear among that readership, and I wonder whether a book consisting of so many pages (54, to be exact) would be able to hold their attention.  I will not give the work too low a rating, however, because its intended audience is our population of grade-schoolers.  For them, this would be a good book.
