📖 This was my second Maggie book and I’m hooked for sure! I read Bull Rush last year and I loved seeing Ramsey back in his football days and learning more about the situation that I read about in that book. Cooper and Beatrix were such an awesome couple! Cooper was somehow the perfect mix of an adoring single dad, reformed playboy, and guy that’s been pining for his brother’s girl and now has his shot. As Coop and Bea spend some time together they start getting some weird photos that make it seem like one of them may have a stalker. Bea moves in with Coop for safety, and because Coop will use an excuse to get her closer *obviously*. And soon after Coop discovers her summer checklist of fun, full of adventurous sexual and non-sexual items. Of course he volunteers as tribute! This one just had such a great plot, fun characters, and some steamy moments 🔥 and I can’t wait to read more in this series!
🎧 Lucy and Dane were wonderful in this audio! Lucy fit really well as Bea’s character and delivered her usual top notch performance! I haven’t listened to Dane many times, but I’ve got to say I’m a fan! His deep voice and warm tone made him a perfect choice for Coop! This was a great listen, definitely one to check out!

📖 This series is proving to be really fun! The world and lore is really interesting, and I loved seeing Ophelia’s power develop throughout this one. I also really liked learning more about Alexandros’ past and seeing his relationship with Ophelia develop as well as his relationship with the boys grow. The key support group around our 5 main characters kind of came together as well and we have an interesting mix of vampires, wolves, and witches. But dangggg that ending and cliffy was BRUTAL! I need the next one asap!
🎧 The narration in this full cast performance is phenomenal! June delivers an incredible listening experience as our FMC, Ophelia, as well as multiple other characters, really showing off her dynamic range. Joe has a strong performance as the commanding professor, Alexandros. Sean as Axl, JF as Malachi, and Oscar as Xavier were all amazing again! And Maxine sounded great in her minor roles too. Casting and production were wonderful.

📖 This was my first Ashley James/A James book and I am loving her writing! This small town of Blossom Beach and the family she’s writing about are too cute. AND don’t let small town fool you, this book was HOT HOT HOT! I really enjoyed the mix of family, romance, and spice. Everett was a dirty talking delight and Gemma was definitely a hot mom! You should def give this new series a try 🔥
🎧 Samantha and Connor were awesome in this! Samantha had a cute Southern accent and rocked out as usual. Connor sounded as sexy as ever, I can’t remember any of my teachers sounding like that!

📖 I’ve been so pumped for this new Laura series, and she did not disappoint! We were introduced to the Chadwicks in Beating Hart and I knew I was going to love spending more time with them. Easton started off as such a dick to Henley and I absolutely loved it lol. She completely held her own and threw her sass right back at him. They circled each other for quite a while as that chemistry just continued to amp up, until they couldn’t hold back anymore. Gotta love when that happens! They both struggled with deep rooted fears from their pasts that they had to work through in order to be at a good place in their relationship. They had sweet, sexy, difficult, and emotional moments and it all felt very real and genuine. I loved their love story. I also loved getting to know Rosewood River and more about the Chadwick family!
🎧 OMG Laura’s first duet audio was AMAZING! Two of my fav narrators, so I’m not surprised I LOVED it! Andi and Connor sounded absolutely amazing together and were cast perfectly as Henley and Easton. Their emotions came through so clearly and I felt like I was in the room with them for so many of the conversations, just waiting with bated breath for what was going to be said next! This is a must listen! I am so excited to have some duet small town romance and can’t wait to listen to the rest of this series!

Tropes: small town, fake dating, forced proximity, roommates to lovers, grumpy x sunshine, mutual pining
Relationship dynamic: FF
📖 Bryce and Daisy—Frosty and Sunshine—are absolute perfection! Hannah’s first sapphic romance completely blew me away. I love these characters, their story, and their support for each other. Bryce is a bisexual, grumpy, tell it to ya straight, covered in tats girl that will stand up to anyone but her less than supportive family. Daisy is a sweet, empathetic, sunshine girl lesbian with a super supportive family. Daisy needs a place to stay and after Bryce offers up her spare room, Daisy offers up a fake dating scenario to get Bryce’s mom to stop setting her up with men she has no interest in dating—ever. But these opposites have one hell of an attraction and things don’t stay fake for long.
I adore Bryce and Daisy’s relationship so much. They were both so caring and protective of one another. While Daisy was definitely the softer of the two, she had such fierce moments standing up for her girl! And Bryce could be icy, but she was also so vulnerable and always put Daisy first. These two are seriously the best! Hannah outdid herself!
🎧 Kristen DiMercurio and Andi Arndt are the perfect Bryce and Daisy! Kristen nailed Bryce’s icy and edgy demeanor and also did a fantastic job with Daisy’s voice, transitioning to a higher, bubblier voice! Andi also did an amazing job capturing Daisy’s fun loving spirit, while also showing her strength and bravery. This duo blew me away and I truly can’t imagine anyone else as the characters I love so much!

Writing perspective: first person, dual POV
Length: 328p
Reading format: Kindle
Tropes: romantasy, arranged marriage, hate to love, forced proximity, virgin MMC, “my wife”, one bed, dragons + dragon shifters
Relationship dynamic: MF
📖 I’m definitely used to coming to RL Caulder for why choose, but she rocks the MF fantasy game too! Edath is a new world full of dragons, dragon shifters, and humans — broken down into four kingdoms. In this story, we are based in the Northern kingdom of Andrathya where the undine dragons live. Their magical specialities are ice and water. While in the other kingdoms, the dragons and humans live together, in Andrathya a curse was placed on the dragon shifters creating a rift between them and the humans. In an attempt at peace, the human King offers up his human daughter, Sia, for an arranged marriage with the dragon King, Theo. They are both initially set on hating each other and only interesting in using each other to break the curse, but before long they start to feel chemistry, possessive urges, and more. Watching them battle each other, their own feelings, and everything else that comes their way was so much fun! They are both such hard headed characters that struggle to be vulnerable, but once they are, it’s magical! And OMG I need my own Kaida IMMEDIATELY!!! You have to read to meet him! The absolute cutest and coolest little dude!
