I'm a big fan of all of Jodi Picoult's books, so I definitely enjoyed this one. However, the particular nature of the controversy in this book (wrongful birth) made it hard for me to sympathize with the mother in this book. All of the other characters were well-developed and interesting; it was a beautiful and quick read.
