Added to my revisit list!! Just lost track of this one
Hoping to come back to this once it’s published, the writing just isn’t there for me with this one for some reason but I loved the first book
Ngl I really want to watch the show and get on with it 😂 it’s not bad, but it is dense for sure. I could see myself coming back to this one maybe?
I like the idea of this book but I never got interested enough in it to pick it up and keep going. Might be the time of year, I’ve been reading a lot of lighter reading during the summer and I would consider coming back to this!
Went wayyyyy too far into the romance side of things for my comfort zone
Thank you NetGalley and AuthorBuzz for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
I was very much intrigued by the description and genres especially knowing that this world had been built already but it wasn’t necessary to read this spin off but I’m not sure of how true that is. At least for me personally, I was overwhelmed by the amount of information that you have to take in, the different storylines, a ton of characters, and for that reason I am choosing to abandon this book.
It takes me a long time (probably too long honestly) to choose to not finish a book. At the date of making this decision, I haven’t picked up this title in a week. I acknowledge that I am new to the ARC space and NetGalley but I also don’t believe I should hold onto a title that I’m not enjoying, as I wouldn’t hold onto it if I wasn’t given a copy in advance to review. I don’t think I am the intended audience and I wouldn’t want to do the author or publisher a disservice or leave a negative review when I know part way through that I’m not going to be able to leave something positive based on my review criteria.

I don’t have the heart in me to give this book the attention that it deserves right now. It’s going back onto my TBR list for sure, I just don’t want to drag myself through it when I can just put it back on the shelf and give it its proper moment another time 🤍
The format doesn’t work for me with the chapters really just being sections. I intend to reread this as an ebook instead, I liked the story but the format doesn’t work with how I use audiobooks
Self help books aren't really my thing. I've been holding this in my current reads for far too long
