Enjoyed reading this book. Easy to read, with short chapters (which are nice break points to pick up the book a few times during the day rather than a longer reading session)
Romanticised view of life - but that’s what you want when you’re trying to escape the world by joining fiction sometimes!
I also have a soft spot for inter generational friendships ❤️
Would describe as light summer read with a happy ending

I loved this book and flew through it. Such a great premise and treatment of how women were/ are treated in Korea. I loved the footnotes which helped me understand more that this was both fact and fiction. Recommend a read!
