I rarely cry when reading but I sobbed at the ending.

Throughout the story I just wanted to hold Miv and tell her that everything would be okay. It was mysterious and even knowing of the Yorkshire ripper, I was still left wondering what would happen next throughout the story. The ending was somewhat predictable but I'm always able to work out where books are going so maybe it wouldn't be for others. Even with this in mind though, the twist was still very hard hitting.
Definitely one of the best books I've read this year, out of almost 60 books so far.

EDIT: Looking through it again, I'm just not excited to make any of it. It's so basic (eg, how to air fry chips) so I'm sending it back. There's not a single recipe I want to make that I can't already (and therefore don't need the recipe for!) This is being returned to the shop.

-----

The majority of the recipes (like cooking a chicken or chips for example) were ones that you could have just googled the air fryer times for because they're easily gluten free or already gluten free.

It definitely didn't add anything for someone who's got an air fryer they use and is gluten free.

Minimal vegetarian/vegan recipes which was a big disappointment. Usually she has a good balance of veggie Vs meat but not this time, there was barely a handful.
