I didn't want it to end! I loved the characters,  i loved the humor and the style of writing. At first, I was nervous it was going to read like a DCC knockoff but I quickly got rid of that notion. I can't wait for the second book and for more adventures with Croc

The ending of the book was wonderful! Overall, the book is incredibly well written and well planned out, however I felt it dragged until the last 20%.  I think overall historical fiction is just not my cup of tea - so don't let this review stop you from reading!

I have no words for this book. At no point did I know what exactly was happening, in the best way. The extras - the videos, web page and YouTube - where icing on the cake. It was twisty and turny but at no point did I feel frustrated or want to give up. I read this in less than 24 hours!

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I'm not usually one for the more extreme side of horror, but this book caught and held me. It was one of the first books in awhile that creeped me out - people stalking/hunting others while I'm a secluded setting gives me the chills (thanks watching The Strangers as a child!). It's scary. It's gross. It's heartbreaking. Without giving anything away, this book really makes you question who you're rooting for. I loved the alternate POVs, and the book read FAST.

Summary: When the small town football team goes away to a secluded cabin for their annual before school party, they're expecting beer, liquor, and some good memories. Unfortunately, the night takes a sharp turn as they realize there are people out there who have a bone to pick with them

After starting yoga due to an ankle injury, Natalie starts to get headaches and lose track of time. She finds herself in out of character situations and places. Is she losing her mind, or is it something more?

I picked this one up randomly for the upcoming @books_of_horror indie brawl on facebook, and I'm glad I did. I love tales of horror where it's a question of supernatural or mental health. The twist was creative, and the ending was fulfilling. I wish we could see more of the blackout scenes near the end of the book!

What if someone who may not deserve a second chance gets one?

Gabe has lost his wife and his will to live. He has decided to end it. His inability to deal with his mental health was a major reason for the separation. So when he wakes up in a different world where he has everything he wants, this is his chance to redeem himself.  Right?

Wow, this one was dark. Some parts creeped me out, and some parts broke my heart. Gabe isn't exactly likable, but he is real. Painfully so. This is grief horror at its finest. Check trigger warnings on this one. Once I got into the middle of the book, I needed to know how it ended. Kudos to Mike Salt for writing a book that will be on my mind for quite some time.
