Dear friends & fellow bookstagramers, this book was everything I hoped it would be...and now I have to re-read “The Wedding Date” & “The Proposal” because idk which one is my favorite anymore

Such great tools to help you get a better understanding where you want to be. I have extreme anxiety which causes me to doubt myself more than usual when it comes to my creativity. I am naturally a very creative person, but most days it’s a real struggle. I am blocked creatively in my work. Whether it be in my writing, photography, or any of my many endeavors. So I finally decided it was time to start this book. I both read & listened to the audio book to start my journey. I am nearing the end of week one & in just this short amount of time I feel better. I know it won’t be easy, but continuing the work is the greatest part. I have been writing “morning pages” every single day. I’m so proud of myself. Today was day 4! I know it may not seem like a lot to some, but I haven’t written more than a page in a long time. Not everyone agrees with this book or Julia for that matter. That’s okay. We all think & feel differently. I encourage anyone who is feeling blocked to give it a try. See if it works for you. Thanks for letting me share...let me know if you feel the same & if you have read or thinking about reading.

So I recently did a giveaway for this book, and I’m so glad I did! Lucky winner I hope you love it as much as I did. Bravo to the author...Now I absolutely have to read “Gods Of Jade and Shadow” I should have read it already. Mexican Gothic was a very creepy & well written story. I didn’t want the book to end. It was so twisted & so outrageous

Haven’t decided if I can write a review for this one yet.
Stay tuned.

WOW! What a great book! I don’t really know if I’m completely out of my slump, but I appreciate books that make you want to read. I’ve noticed a pattern with things I’ve been reading amor watching lately. They all have something to do with King Arthur. Looks like I’m gonna have to read up that again. I love a good YA book & Tracy you did that. Full of demons, magic, and your basic human teenagers. There’s diversity...I love use of pronouns. We have a couple of they/them in there! The book explores ancestry roots & colonizing magic. I highly recommend if you like any of the things I’ve said above.
