To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for this book to begin with. I randomly picked it up, and would’ve much rather read “Just Kids” first…but I actually ended up enjoying this one. It is more so written in the form of journal entries; which I definitely found myself in awe of. There was just something about all the information she was able to provide us, that made me appreciate my own journaling. This book tackled a lot of grief; whether it was her husband, or items that she lost a long the way. As you read more, you start to understand the way loss impacts you in more ways than one. Where you can be utterly distraught, yet find so much meaning within. This book was written in a way where her dreams, and reality were interwoven…and I truly loved that.

I am eating these Christmas novellas up! Such a cute little story, and I’m very satisfied with the pacing. I feel like the title is a bit misleading. Maybe change Santa’s, to Santa😉still I was blushing from beginning to end.
One of those books that have you questioning your morals lol. I had fun, until I didn’t. That seems to be the theme of my reviews lately. Throughout the book, the “monster” was my favorite character. Very sweet, very humble, and a beast🤣Aside from a few plat holes & a lot…of repetition, I actually enjoyed this book for what it was. However, there was one scene towards the end that pissed me off. Where it shouldn’t been written “differently”…I just wanted the entire scene erased lol. Idk if I’m gonna continue on with the series, though I am interested in reading the last book👀.

I contemplated giving this a 3.5/5✨
But I had a lot of fun in the beginning.
This book was as fun, and it was triggering…well, I could see where it would be triggering.
Still, I enjoyed it for what it was.
