This book will definitely make you hungry! I think food critics go a little over the top with outrageous adjectives, but I suppose when you're describing a food you like, there's only so many ways you can tamely say "it was good". It is also some great history into some of the foods and how they came to be. A great book if you want to read more into the major, popular, and delicious foods of Japan!
A fun reboot of the Venom story with Eugene "Flash" Thompson as the new Venom, working with the army he continues to serve, even after losing both his legs fighting for his country. Don't worry, they'll remind you of that plenty of times. And the fact his dad was an abusive drunk. It's a good thing I think Venom is super cool. And the fact they had an extra comic about Venompool which was pretty hilarious!

While I enjoyed the first volume, this one seemed to drag on. I guess since I read these comics for Venom the symbiote and not the person, this one was a little lame in that department. Stupid secret Avengers doping up the symbiote. Boring. Plus the beginning arc with Hell in Las Vegas went on for way too long. Sigh, oh well. Maybe I'll turn to the older Venom comics for wicked, symbiote, antics.
Cute and it made me chuckle out loud a couple times. It's definitely very shoujo and not as BL as Junko's other works, but still cute. I hear the anime is coming out in October!
Now the bully is in high school and has come to see where being a bully gets him. It gives him a life where no one cares what happens to him and bullies him back. So Shoya decides he's done enough damage to the people in his life and decides to end it. First he has to make amends, and that includes apologizing to the deaf girl he bullied, Shoko. Luckily, Shoko is still very intriguing to him and apologizing is proving difficult. Perhaps he has something more to live for...
This book went fast! A great second book in the series and many, many things are a stake!

Things got...in Shirotani's words "disgusting". In a good way.
Oooooh, a lot of backstory and a really sad explanation as to why Shirotani is a germaphobe. Awww, poor guy!
