I'm glad I listened to...pretty much everybody's reviews, when they said that this book was funny and amazing. Also, Reddit r/books and r/audiobooks came through again in recommending this as one of the best audiobooks ever. I totally agree!
A fantastic audiobook and a fun book to read all around, the humor, heart and wit that oozes from this book will make it a quick read that leaves you satisfied.

A great Murderbot tale but not my favorite. I kept feeling like I was missing something in the audio book and it took me a while to realize this was taking place BEFORE Network Effect

Well, I guess besides the short story from Mensah's POV I'm all caught up with this series! Can't wait to read more and I hope we find out how ART is doing.

A full-length novel! What?! And every moment was fantastic. This might be my favorite book so far!
Spoiler So I thought ART was hilarious before, but after this book I absolutely love him! OMG, so sassy! And the relationship (ew! not THAT kind of relationship) between Murderbot and ART just makes me happy. I love it.

It was nice to be reunited with Dr. Mensah and Co. again!

As always, a fun and fast read with everyone's favorite ND SecUnit! <3
This story's friend-bot: Miki! I liked Miki <3

Re-read to refresh my memory so that I can finally start reading the others in the series. Gonna read these as audio books and it's great to hear Kevin's voice! Loved him in Night Vale!

These books are always quick, fun, and have me chuckling out loud. Can't wait to get caught up on the series!

DNF. 1.5 stars.
I was just very...confused with this book. Didn't help that each little snippet quoted from various works of literature to tell of the grand dinner the Lincolns' threw while their son was sick upstairs was quoted and cited at the end of each snippet. And this was every other sentence or so. If I was reading, I could gloss over the citations, but with an audiobook it was very infuriating.
Otherwise I was just not on board with this strangeness.

4.5 Stars!

AKA This book was as good as some of the best written fanfiction out there. And that's saying something, there's some true talent on AO3! Anyway, a fantastic book, a lot of fun to read and I can't wait to read the second book (and that's BIG PRAISE coming from me!) !

3.5 stars. I really enjoyed when Abe was telling the story. I was hooked on his fisherman's yarn-style storytelling. So the middle of the book took me some time to get through.

In the end it was a good book to read, especially if you want a slow-paced, dread-building, weird, almost Cthulu-esque kind of horror.
