4.5 - 4.75 stars! This book was truly so fun, and so entertaining. I loved Reid and Lou their dynamic was hilarious and sarcastic and yet still so loving and passionate. Their romance wasn’t too quick paced (still could’ve been slower in my opinion but that’s just me) and it really seemed genuine. Together they were great but separate they were also great and I loved it. The side characters also had some interest and some depth to them (except Beau he was annoying and stupid but maybe we will see more later). I liked the idea of it being located in France but I feel like there could’ve been more there, but it didn’t bother me too much (obviously based on my rating). Also note that the steamy scene is STEAMY. At least more than I thought it would be for YA? The build up to the final scenes were really well paced and balanced the action and dialogue really well. It kept me laughing and intrigued the whole way through and now I’ve gotta suffer until the next comes out.

A great debut and I can’t wait to read more!

01/12/2022 - 4.5 Stars. I love this series so much and I love that I am reading this again. This series is so nostalgic for me. The characters feel like old friends and the adventures feel like distant memories.

01/13/2021- Brutal and thrilling and heartbreaking. Really fantastic book.

Dark romance between a serial killer and an FBI agent. It’s giving me messy Criminal Minds. Ridiculous but really entertaining.
