4.5 I love Shea Ernshaw’s writing. It’s so beautiful and calming even if the content isn’t. I want to read everything she writes.
3.5 Stars. Loved the historic romance and the drama that ensues. The feminist twist for this timeframe was really refreshing. The only thing I wasn’t super keen on was the ‘animalistic’ terms and descriptions to explain attraction and steamy scenes. It was just a bit much for me ha but overall had a good time and will probably continue with the series.
