I feel confused 😅 warning there are spoilers ahead!

the first 25% of the book had me questioning if I wanted to finish the series or just stop where I was. However, I figured for the sake of reviewing I would power through.

After the first half of the book it became more tolerable - it was hard to hear the banter because it just sounded so forced and Cecilia said stuff that was just cringe and immature. (Speaking up like that at a job orientation? girl...)

I dont like "why not both" romances very much, but it wasn't actually all that bad! 

What really decreased the stars for me was that Sean went from kind to unhinged pretty quick at times from making a good point of "live in the now" and then breaking C's watch to then yelling at her and throwing the plate of food and saying mean things, to then holding her and thinking kisses would fix that level of booboo (ladies, dont take that crap! If a man acts that way then he doesnt deserve you!)  - Dom I ended up liking way more (not to mention I kept cringing when id hear Sean because that's my brother's name and although I enjoyed watching Game of Thrones, hearing his name was grossing me out! 🤢) 

The book lost almost all the stars by the end when it got extremely confusing why she was upset at the garage, and to be honest, Im still pretty confused! Like, they were playing a song that (yes I looked up the lyrics lol) sounded kind so I dont get why she was upset or what they did in the garage to make her that upset. 

And then her response is to play a song with no top on  after saying she wants nothing to do with them...? She was all about "I dont want to send mixed signals" in the beginning of the book and now im so mixed up on her signals I dont know whats up! 🫠

I am going to finish the series however, mostly because everyone is saying "read more and you'll get answers" so hopefully those comments are right because Exodus your up to bat!
