I was so excited about this ARC. However the main character was awful. I really disliked her. When everything imploded from her deceit, I was excited! Then it all wrapped up in a neat and tiny bow. Obnoxious. I also found it very strange that the culture and race of most characters was brought up, repeatedly. I haven't noticed this in other authors, but I will pay more attention now.

DNF - It's so deep, and so thoughtful. I appreciate the words and the meaning, but I couldn't follow through to the end.

I love following Jayne through the process and the love she has for her profession and this town.

The main character is a twit and I wanted to slap him the whole time. His parents are horrible and make him a display piece for their entertainment. I have never seen the movie, so I went in with minimal expectations.
