emotional hopeful fast-paced

A grade book for kids to reflect on feelings and how important it is to feel through them instead of moving on quickly.
mysterious sad slow-paced

It wasn't for me.  If M. Night Shamalan wrote a book - this would be it.
dark emotional mysterious sad tense fast-paced

This book has been the rave for 5 years... so I pulled it off the shelf. And I really enjoyed it! It had a seductive charm that kept me pulling it back out (and avoiding work).
mysterious fast-paced

I did NOT like Molly the Maid at first. I thought she was quirky, literal, and her inability to gauge social interactions was obnoxious.  As the story unfolded I started to like her and understand her thought process. I did enjoy the mystery and how it played out. I appreciated the twist at the end.
dark hopeful sad medium-paced

This book had a slow start with a typical girl jaded storyline. I liked the mix up with traveling to the underworld, meeting the Furies, and the end was not what I expected. I did enjoy it. A good YA novel with no smut (not that smut is bad, it's just overdone sometimes).
