idk man just really couldn’t get into this one. the writing style bored me and i couldn’t stand Valora as a character. also i accidentally picked up two Titanic books and began reading them around the same time (this and A Million To One by Adiba Jaigirdar) and i just find that AMTO is clicking with me a lot better than this currently.

a new all-time favorite. i genuinely do not have enough good things to say about this book. Gogo is an incredible character (along with Vern of course), Howling and Feral are wonderful, and i adore body horror written in this sort of style. this was my first foray into the “weird queer” genre and i will absolutely be exploring it more.
