ling ma is one of the best authors ive ever read i love her writing style so much

this was absolutely INCREDIBLE already one of my favorite books of the year, if not ever. i love second chance romance more than anything and this was it in its best form. everything from the romance to the side characters (seriously amazing friendships!!!) to the in depth explorations about what it means to be happy, i really cannot wait to read this one again and again. harry is a girl for the other people pleaser girlies out there i know y'all are gonna love this one!! and WYN oh my god that is a MAN RIGHT THERE telling my man to be more like wyn fr

this really was an absolute monster of a book. i feel like i understood about half of it and eventual rereads will only make it even better. it took me forever to pick back up but i devoured it in days when i got over the 40% mark and stayed up until 2am terrified to go to bed because no horror has ever settled in my bones like this one did
