I'm honestly just sitting here crying because I miss this band so much and they mean so much to be still after all these years. It's a scary thought to think I might never be able to fully move on from this band.

Okay this book actually left me scared at times, more scared than i felt through the entirety of It. That being said it was kinda of dull at times, I wish it had more action. I'm not going to see the movie tomorrow just because I have a feeling it might be on the scarier side and I don't like scary movies and also I really don't like Natalie Portman dlafkjdkjf I'll just wait until next week and watch it back to back with another movie.

I am so in love with this book oh my god. I could not stop reading it from the moment I picked it up. I felt connected to it from the very start because I also have a lot of the same questions regarding life as the main character; that feeling of not wanting to die but also not wanting to live. I'm just in awe I loved this so much.
i feel there was too much hype around this that when i finally did read it it fell short :( and not enough gay what the heck
This is so hyped I think I expected so much more but for a fantasy book it was pretty good. I'm not someone who actually likes fantasy; the world building and all the details bore me to death but this one was fairly easy to follow. I will continue the series because I already own the other books so why not but I'm hoping those are more interesting to me.

It took way too long for this book to finally start getting interesting, like it could have been 100 pages less and been an even better book. Also the main characters, Kell and Lila, are the most boring characters ever like the background characters were much more interesting and I wish we learned more about them. This book had a lot of flaws but I'm already halfway through the series so let's finish this strong book 3 here I come!!

I think I just read this at the wrong time and couldn't get into it but these 200 pages were such a chore for me to read. I get it's a kid's story and its like from the 60s but something about it just didn't click and I was so confused. I might give this another go later on when I feel like I can fully wrap my head around it. ANYWAY I'm so excited for the movie tomorrow though yessssss
This is was a very interesting read and I'm happy I read it even after watching the movie because it's almost completely different than what the movie showed. One thing I really didn't like was how Greg Sestero came off in this book. He sounded so rude and like he was such a big shot and doing Tommy a favor but like ... what's does this dude even do? Like he's obviously not as great an actor that he thinks he is but this book sounds like an attempt to prove that he only did this movie for a friend instead of a desperate attempt to show that he is an actor.
I was effy about this at first because of the way that it starts but towards the middle and the end I was so captivated. It was a really great story that kept the situations very real and true to what happens today.
