There is world building and then there is describing what each character has for breakfast every single day... This could probably do with about 250 pages less.

My audiobook just disappeared from Spotify, so ... Well.

The narrator just drove me nuts. Probably not a bad book if you're into hockey but it fell flat for me.

Maybe it's my head not computing the French at the moment, but the story just drags a lot. 160 pages in and nothing has really happened ... Maybe I'll come back to this later.

Maybe I'll try again, but for now I'm putting this back on the shelf. Couldn't really get into it and the trigger warnings are making me really nervous to continue.
