The first few chapters were slow to start but by the end I was so eager to read the next book I spent an hour driving each way to the closest book store (I was in a hillbilly area). Addicted now. Such a neat look at the traditional fairytales, just like the show Once Upon a Time

I thoroughly enjoyed this series, its characters and its world.

Uh...so Clary and Jace were sort of happy for a total of like 3 pages in the entire book...loved it though! Means there is a story to books 5 and 6 :D

mmmm lots of Jace and Clary (ish) romance...Sebastien is just a peculiar character

I did not want this to end...then I jumped right into Lady Midnight...I want some more or a continuation of what happens now to these characters!

I really did enjoy this book and staying in the Shadowhunter world but I can't seem to get as emotionally invested in the new Jace and Clary romance characters of Emma and Julian. I really want to so I will keep an eye out for the next book.

meh. I was not really impressed. I couldn't get past chapter 6

horrendously boring book that I gave up on half way through. it reminds me of twilight but with even less relationship building. don't bother
