Warren and Chloe both were in the Foster Care system and now they have been paired up to live with each other to gain custody of siblings so the siblings can stay out of foster care themselves.

This was a sweet story and while there were parts that I thought might go horribly wrong, didn't, and for that I was thankful. It gave me the opportunity to just enjoy watching these two take care of their siblings and grow and learn from each other.

I didn't fall in love with the almost insta-love between the two but I did enjoy the spice 🥵.
I did appreciate that there was never any third act breakup also.

What a fun, vacation fling between Owen and Ella. Owen swoops in at the right time to help Ella with an insane ex (one of many stupid, boneheaded guys she dated) and she stands up to Owen's horrible, misogynist boss.

I laughed a lot at Ella's hilarious friends and they were some perfect background characters and I can't wait to read each of their stories. The spiciness level between Ella and Owen 🥵🥵. But Owen is a genuinely great guy, I'm just sad that he didn't get away from his boss earlier!

This was a great novel that I thought had, at its heart, the grace we need to forgive ourselves for some things that might happen out of our control.

The way the novel starts out packs a punch and you need to see why Dasia the FMC said what she did. When she reveals to us why, you have to kind of step back and not judge. I felt sorry for her that she felt certain things were all her fault when there were just circumstances that couldn't be blamed just on her.

Luke the MMC was also a little bit of a conundrum and I wasn't sure what to think of him through most of the book, but the author did a really good job at keeping his true motivations under wraps until it needed to be revealed.

I finished this book in a day, I just couldn't put it down!

This was so cute! I laughed, I even cried at some points, and just thoroughly enjoyed Poppy (a chef) and Dallas (a professional hockey player).

I loved the meet-cute. I love him always reassuring her that she's worthy when she thinks she's not and she does the same for him. They share their secrets and their pain and just grow as close friends so fast and that really paved the way for their falling in love. They are just a natural fit!

I loved the side characters of Dallas's Grandma (who he's loving helping through hip surgery/recovery), she is so wise and funny. I'm glad that the hockey player wives she meets are so much nicer than Monica (mean girl never grew out of mean girl). I love how Poppy's family looks out for her.

Such a cute book to read around Valentine's!

How interesting the premise of this book is.... Being paid to "object" at a wedding when the bride or groom has been caught cheating or other things.
I liked how Max and Sophie hit it off after Max is paid to object at her wedding. They just became good friends and Sophie totally just jumped at the chance to be an objector too.
Their banter, hijinks, and chemistry made for a fun time whenever they were together.

I really enjoyed her two elderly roommates so much! I really laughed at them all the time (especially calling Max anything but his name). Especially Larry- what a wise cracker!

If you are in the mood for just plain fun and some spice, pick up this book soon!

I love this book about a deaf guy named Ridge who plays guitar. I loved learning  through him how he makes music so well when he can't hear. I liked to learn more about the deaf community and struggles and triumphs they go through.

Sydney had been dealt a bad hand by her boyfriend and best friend hooking up not I'm glad that Ridge and his roommate Warren were able to be there for her even as a stranger. I liked how patient and understanding she was. I really liked the text/computer way of communicating that two for. I really liked that they were able to work together to write great songs.

I really enjoy when an inanimate  object is a very big character to the story and this one is a library... Perfect gothic vibes here!

Ivy inherits a house from a very distant relative and when she goes to claim it, the few servants try to warn her off. But she stays and soon becomes enamored with the library. But she feels the darkness in the house, starts to forget things, and "invites" a man into her life with dark consequences.

This book has a very dark mood/feel to it. The ties that people have to the house and what the library takes from its tenets is otherworldly and so unrealistic but it really works for the story.

This was a YA that takes place overnight at a music festival. Jana and Maddy are best friends but they had a huge fight and haven't been close lately. They were meant to go to this concert together and since they weren't talking..... But when Jana's ride shows up, Maddy is there anyway.

When the driver Nathan loses the keys while crowd surfing, Jana's night goes from bad to worse.... Trying to find the keys in a huge crowd, fighting with Maddy, losing Nathan's younger brother... All while needing to get home to bring her dad back from a work thing because her mom doesn't drive at night after getting in a car accident.... She will have to learn and teach others that sometimes things happen that are out of anyone's control.

At least it gives Maddy and Jana a chance to fight..... This time to preserve their friendship. There are two timelines so we get to see a bit of what led to the huge fight. I just wish Jana was a little less uptight.

This was cute. It's funny to me that a Prince went onto a reality dating show and didn't make it to the end 🤣.
Odin and Camille met 10 years ago and had a wonderful night together. She proceeded to write him letters until he stopped responding. Now all these years later, they are arranged to be married.

I like Camille. She is a spitfire! She doesn't take crap from the people that jeer at her because they don't want her to marry Odin. The snowball fight lol.
I thought that Odin really stumbled a lot with Camille by constantly putting his foot in his mouth but it was also endearing to me. I can't wait for more in this series

It was a very short book with Nellie trying super hard to give up her virginity until she finally gives it to her friend's brother one day and supposedly ruins her for others because she was so good 🙄. She did this all to prove that she wasn't a skank like a rumor said she was
