This was a really sweet book! I like this format of multiple short stories. Each story is a bit different but all show the friendship between the two characters. They have a really sweet friendship and it makes you smile. This could be a good book to read in a story time, because it is simple and sweet (I'm sorry to keep saying "sweet" but that's just what it is! Simple and cozy and sweet!). The illustrations are beautiful with paintings that aren't crisp or precise, but it don't come across as messy, and the colors are wonderful. I do wish there were more unique details about the characters, or a bit more substance to the little plots, though there are other books featuring these characters so it might be better when read with the others. *eARC from NetGalley for the March 2022 Oni Press Publication.
