This book isn’t bad, and there’s a lot of people who would love it! It’s just not for me. 
I was a bit confused by the insta lust and there was a bit of will they won’t there where I just wasn’t sure why they weren’t? The reasons the scenes were interrupted or one character stormed off were a bit confusing. I couldn’t figure out what the conflict or issue was half the time. 
I think this would have been about a 3 star for me if I finished it and while that’s still a good rating, I’ve got SO MANY books I want to read that I just don’t have the time to finish books I’m not absolutely loving. 
I would definitely try other books by this author in the future, this one just wasn’t for me. 

This started a little slow for me, and I wasn’t initially sure of my feelings about it. Once I got to page 100 or so, I was fully in! 
The ending really had me on the edge of my seat and now I need the next book IMMEDIATELY. 
Also can we just take a moment to appreciate a Romantasy written in third person POV we love to see it 👏👏

An absolute delight! 

 Honestly struggled to rate this one - the spice was good (if a little unrealistic and a lot toxic), I enjoyed flashbacks of embry and ash falling in love and I like the authors writing a lot buuuuuuuuut lots of the plot decisions just weren’t for me. I was already struggling with THAT plotline with Ash and M, and then the ending?? Not my personal cup of tea. I think I’m done and won’t read the third one, but will pick up other books by this author! 

I wanted to love this and I’m so sad I didn’t. There was far too much dialogue and it was SO hard to follow, it felt so messy. They’re meant to be 10 years out of high school but they’re interacting like they’re 15 with the emotional maturity of doorknobs. Honestly the sentient microwave was the best bit. 

Ok the spice was also super hot, but at what cost?

 I feel so mean but after 50% I just couldn’t take it anymore and skim read the second half. 

Plot made zero sense but the writing was great and the smut was ✨smutty✨ and that’s enough for 4 stars idk what else to tell you!

This book ruined me. 5 stars.
