"Maggie has an issue with her stepfather, Val. Yeah, he can't dress well at all and he has a weird accent, but it's not that. What gets to her is the creepy shadows that follow him around. Magic is illegal, but these shadows don't seem to care. When Maggie finds out more about them, she may be in deeper trouble than she ever imagined." Karen and Jordan are back in this second installment of Julie Cross's series about love, overcoming obstacles both internal and external, and the exciting drama of gymnastics. They are both nervous about their future as a couple and on their own. Now in shorter installments, they face a summer together full of twists and turns.

As always, Julie Cross's writing has a way of putting you right into the story and feeling a deep and personal connection with the characters. Karen and Jordan become even more relatable as they deal with day to day struggles such as running into people from the past and trying to overcome a difficult problem, such as a move in gymnastics, while also dealing with hurt from the past in the loss of family members. I love that with all of that going on around them, they still are dedicated to each other and trying to help each other in ways on they can, even if they feel like they can't help. Their romance is just as intense as it is in the first book, and as new problems are thrown their way, I can't stop rooting for them to make it. They have a relationship that truly sticks with you and makes you want to read more and more.

Another big focus of these books is, of course, gymnastics. Not knowing much about the sport myself, I found it extremely enjoyable to learn little details about the sport. It made it even more interesting, and whether you're a fan of the sport or not, the passion Karen has for it leaps off the page and gives you a new perspective on how hard people work for what they want.

Overall, 5 wonderful stars. I love the characters; I love the writing. I can't wait to find out what will happen to Karen and Jordan next.

Return to You picks up where Return to Sender left off. Karen and Jordan are at a gymnastics camp together and things aren't going so well. Karen can't get this one move right, and her confidence is shattered. While Jordan tries to help, Karen can't help pushing him away.

This is the third book in the series, and while I still had mixed feelings about this one and the second being shorter installments than the novel length first, this one really showed me that I like this series in the shorter installments. Karen and Jordan have all this incredible potential for character development and these shorter installments really tap into that possibly better so than a novel would. In Return to You, Karen's character grows and struggles, and her emotions leap off the page. Her struggle with her gymnastics move is painful, but the beauty of her growing maturity and closure is wonderful.

The new character, TJ, is a great addition to the story. I like his tough attitude and quietly kind heart. I definitely hope to see more of him in later installments.

Overall, another great addition to this series by Julie Cross. I look forward to seeing what else these books have to offer and how things turn out for Karen and Jordan.

The Flash has always been a favorite comic series of mine, and this volume does not disappoint. The New 52 of this series is really taking off. The illustrations throughout are beautifully, and I love the clean lines. Flash goes through so many different predicaments, and they had me on edge the entire time. I love the action throughout and the real depth in Flash. The parallels of his superhero life with his normal human feelings is spun very well. The only negative I have is that it got a little slow as far as pacing goes in a few parts, but the action is well worth the wait.

Tristan struggles to protect Abigail, though she really needs no help, while Gideon fights to take her down...so long as he doesn't fall for her first." "Mary Bennet has never had the grace and charm of her sisters, Jane and Lizzie, or the confidence of her other sisters, Lydia and Kitty. Instead, she is the serious and often awkwardly blunt one whom even her parents never see getting married. However, when scandal with Lydia erupts and Mary goes to visit Jane, she meets Henry Walsh, a man who may or may not show her what love really is.
