I love, love, love this cookbook! They aren't the healthiest cupcakes, but they're easy and absolutely delicious. Every time I've made any of these recipes, for vegans or non-vegans, they've been a huge hit! Most people agree that they're the "best cupcakes" they've ever tasted. Yeah, cruelty-free DOES taste pretty good!
