I don't really have a lot to say about this manhwa. It was fine, I did enjoy it. There were a lot of common webcomic tropes, with some emotional moments and a likeable main character - my favourite part was probably the relationship between her and her father. Overall though it didn't particularly excite me or make me want to prioritise buying volume two over all of the many other comics out there.

I honestly didn't realise it was possible for floor plans to be so creepy.

This first volume relies almost entirely on examination of floor plans, with the main character not having even set foot in the titular strange house. Despite this, it somehow managed to be both intriguing and deeply unsettling.

This is the first time I've read horror manga, and having volume one end knowing that the story has barely begun actually enhanced the eeriness of the story for me.  The visual concept of the story works perfectly within the manga format.

I love that the floor plans are on the cover (they're also at the start of the book) - I recommend spending some time looking at them before you start reading.

This had everything I was hoping for when I bought the book - interesting clues to get your mind working, tension, atmosphere, and great visuals. I look forward to getting my hands on volume two.
