I enjoyed this book, it took me a while to get into it compared to the previous books in the series, not entirely sure why. I think there was less yearning and also was a slightly slower pace. The plot twist in the middle had me hooked, I didn't see it coming and was completely invested from that point on and couldn't put it down

Been feeling like I'm in a bit of a slump and not really loving everything I've been reading lately, however really enjoyed this book and looking forward to getting stuck into the rest of the series. I loved that it was really fast paced and feels like a good palette cleanser.
I really liked both MCs even the MMC who was very stubborn but he came around in the end and was there for her throughout it all
- childhood best friends/lovers to strangers to lovers
- second chance
- accidental pregnancy

I liked this, not sure why the audio is so long but I liked all the narrators voices so it was a good listen
At times I was confused as to what was actually happening, think more me tuning it out and then having to go back to relisten to parts, so felt like it would've been better as an eyeball read instead
- why choose
- famous band
- has some MM scenes as well as MMMF and MMF and MF
- enemies to lovers
- multi pov

Idk exactly what I was expecting but I'm kinda disappointed by this book, like yea I did enjoy it but it wasn't really anything special or really hot in terms of the spice in it
This was a super fun listen, ive previously read a couple of Kandi’s books and loved them so decided to do a deep dive in to her backlist and this was super fun.
I loved the initial concept of finding guys on dating apps to bring to football games with her - thought it was really fun
All the characters were super likeable as well, kinda wish we got to see some of the supporting characters a bit more cos they were really fun
I liked the narrators, the only issue i had with them was with the male narrator, i felt like at times with the female dialogue he was a bit ‘breathey’ which i wasnt a huge fan of

I'm going to savor you like one of my whiskeys, and I'm not going to stop until I'm drunk on you
I loved this! It took me a little while to get into it cos it's 3rd person which I struggle with but I quickly flew through it, I was so invested
I'm a sucker for best friends to lovers and this didn't disappoint!! The yearning in this was so good and it wasn't like an 'i can't make a move incase I mess this up' kinda friends to lovers which does get annoying if it's dragged out for ages but as they already had a fractured relationship it didn't have that plot line
I'm normally a third act break up hater but the way in which all the drama went down, I was living for it. I was shocked and it was kinda funny. As most 3rd act break ups it was really what both the MCs needed to sort their lives out and have those important conversations that they needed with their families
- childhood best friends to ??? to lovers (they didn't speak for a long time in the middle, idk if you can call it strangers when they still lived/worked next door to each other but yea)
- fake engagement (set up by their scheming Granddad's)
- forced proximity
- only one bed
- 3rd person
Graphic: Alcohol
Moderate: Cancer, Terminal illness, Death of parent

Wasn't vibing with the writing style and there's so much lack of communication it's annoying me
Honestly felt like there were too many characters - I kept getting confused at whos who. Also wasnt really connecting to any of the characters.
Kept trying to get into and just couldn't
