In this house we love men who have it so bad for their girl
I loved this book, it was such a great ending to the series and such a warm comforting book too
- sports romance (pro baseball)
- single mum
- bookish heroine
- he falls first
- he throw a no-hitter just to get a date with her
- no 3rd act break up
I love the relationship that Flynn had with Greer, it was so cute!
I love Flynn and Olivias relationship and how understanding they were of each others busy schedules and still managed to make time for each other, the flirty banter between them was so good
I loved all the characters in this book and love that you get easter eggs of other characters in the Rebecca Jenshak universe
Thank you to Valentine PR for the eARC - all opinions are my own

Idk something about this I just wasn't enjoying and wasn't reaching for it and kept pushing myself to pick it up
There's definitely parts of the story that I enjoyed and thought were cute but overall it just wasn't working for me

I loved all the different twists and turns - i was hooked!!
This is thefirst book from Catherine that I've read, she's been on my radar for a while and I've seen so many people hype her up and I'm so glad that I finally read one of her books, will be picking up more (and the rest of this series) shortly
I love the romantic relationship in this and how they just clicked and understood each other and supported the other through the hard times
I love the found family / foster family of the FMC and all the different characters, I'm looking forward to reading their stories
The grumpy x sunshine in this is so good, I love a grumpy mmc
- romantic suspense
- small town
- forced proximity

I really enjoyed this book, it was such a great listen and really reminiscent of the type of books I read growing up
This is a great summer read
I liked the storyline and although it's only set over a week nothing felt too rushed and it had a great pacing for all the different storylines and emotional arcs we go on with the character
- YA romance

I liked the plot and the characters but just overall it didn't work for me, I'm not sure why
- enemies to lovers

- workplace (ish) romance

The plot twist and the last act of this book are insane!!!! So so good, some of the best stuff I’ve read this year, i was in awe (between the sobbing) the whole time. How everything came together some seamlessly, insane
People are saying that this isnt really a romance but its still very much an Emily Henry romance, like yes its not this huge firey passionate romance filled with a tonne of spice, but still a romance, if anything its two romances as you have the main characters romance and then the story their tellings romance

This was so cute, I love their relationship and seeing it grow and develop, I love that the book was set over a long period of time that you really got to experience everything with them and it didn't feel rushed or too drawn out.
I'm a sucker for a drunk Vegas wedding, it's such a good microtrope and it hits every time.
I knew going in there were going to be a lot of spicy scenes, however there were just a few too many imo - they all helped drive the plot and weren't unnecessary but by the end it just got a little too much
- sports romance (pro ice hockey)
- fake dating for his sister's wedding
- accidental drunk marriage in Vegas leading to marriage of convenience
- spicy lessons
- workplace romance
