I really enjoyed this book, I love some long term pining and this didn't disappoint
I loved both the main characters and the way in which they always wanted each other, even if they were scared of getting hurt and didn't want to make things awkward at work
I like that they could both be themselves around eachother and didn't have to hide anything
I wanted a bit more from the third act break up, I felt like the change from the fmc pushing the mmc away to the realisation that she actually wanted him was a bit rushed and I wanted more from that
- sports romance
- coworkers
- forced proximity
- nerdy shakespeare loving mmc
- fmc has rheumatoid arthritis and is on the autism spectrum

Idk I just wasn't vibing with it and had other audiobooks I was reaching for instead
This book just wasn't working for me - mainly the writing style being in 3rd person just isn't my favourite and doesn't always work for me and I struggle to read it. We also quickly got introduced to about 15 characters and it was very overwhelming trying to remember who was who and who's related to who, there is a family tree page at the start but I personally don't want to keep flicking back and fourth to it.
I didn't realise that this was the second book in a series going into it, and maybe reading the first one would've helped me understand all the characters a lot more - I'm not sure if they have to be read in order or they're interconnected standalones
I liked the plot I just wished there was a bit more action as they're both spies
Thank you to Valentine PR for the arc - all opinions are my own

I really enjoyed the banter/push and pull between the characters, it was so fun
I found the first half frustrating with the lack of communication, both characters find out secrets about the other person and it leads to some annoyance but neither of them bring it up
The 3rd act (?) plot twist had me screaming, I didn't see it coming at all but I loved it
Overall it was a cute enjoyable read and I can't wait to read more of this series
- sports romance (she plays soccer for her college)
- college setting
- they get set up by their teacher
- deaf representation (he looses majority of his hearing due to illness)

This was a really fun quick and spicy read
I really loved the plot and the drama that being a smokejumper brought
I really liked all the main characters and the banter/teasing that happened between them
- why choose
- workplace
- friends to lovers

I liked this however I felt like I lost interest in the second half - don't really know why
I liked all the characters
I really enjoyed the narrator and thought the narration was done really well with very distinct voices for some of the side characters and could instantly tell who was talking

This book deserves all the stars and I feel like I don't have the words to describe how much I loved it
This was one of my highly anticipated reads ever since it was announced and is 1000% worth the wait
I love Charlie and Nova, I love how they were always themselves and were vulnerable around each other and didn't feel like need to hide parts of themselves with each other
One of my fave micro tropes is when the tattoo artist main character gives their partner their first tattoo, and that scene was just so beautiful and I had to stop reading just to live in that moment with them for a little while
I love the banter right from start of the book, it was so fun, and I liked that they were already established friends
The third act conflict wasn't huge and was done really well, Becs would've crushed me if it was any bigger
The epilogue was so cute I sobbed through the second half, this series has become a comfort series for me and I'm so sad that it's over (for now at least)
Also you know a books going to be good when you tear up at the dedication
- friends to friends with benefits to lovers
- small town
- sneaking around / secret relationship
- the best banter
- she gives him his first tattoo
Thank you to Pan Macmillan and NetGalley for the ARC - all opinions are my own

I tried both the audio and the ebook but I just couldn’t get into this
At first I thought it might be the narrator I wasn’t vibing with but maybe it’s the actual story/fmc/writing but it just wasn’t working for me

I kept trying to make it work but sadly wasn't for me
I pushed through to the reveal that she was in fact a woman, hoping that it would pick up after that but i kinda just lost interest
I loved this!! It’s been a while since I was addicted to a book and all I wanted to do was keep reading but that changed with this
I loved the main characters and their meet cute was so funny. I love that they didn’t beat around the bush that they we’re attracted/interested in each other from the get go
I really enjoyed the sneaking around that them being from rival universities bought to the story
The actual boat race was so much better than i thought it would be and the making up after the 3rd act break up had me screaming
I loved all the side characters and can’t wait to see their own stories
- rivals to lovers (their universities/sports team are rivals but they themselves liked each other from the very start)
- A* sneaking around
- Greek British MMC x American FMC
- University sports romance
