I liked this book, and Abby Jimenez is a wonderful writer. But, it deals with very heavy themes and at times the romance felt secondary. Yours Truly remains my fave of AJ’s books- I just felt I knew and related to Briana & Jacob better than I could do Justin & Emma, as sweet as they were together. Justin (the hero here) is a bit one-dimensional cinnamon roll, honestly.
