It's not that I thought this book was bad, the parts I got through we're actually very therapeutic, but, something about hearing him talk (I did audio) about his problems just seemed to make mine worse. I made a decision to not finish this to preserve my own sanity. However, I think this book could do a lot of people who suffer from anxiety a lot of good.

Blech...this wasn't a book about animals...the author is pooping on himself, eating worms, and gets way to into "spiritualism". DNF at 30% which was way to generous...
