Not my favourite Toews book - The Flying Troutman's is still the best. This was a good book though, i was completely immersed in the story. I was so sad at the end though...
Pollen writes great books, but this is just a simplified "Food Rules". In fact much of it is a direct quote from his previous book. If you have read "Food Rules" you can skip this.
