The Duke and Lady Scandal is more historical mystery than historical romance. The main characters are likable and the story is fast paced. The narrator does a nice job voicing a wide cast of characters.

If I could give this book six stars, I would. Eloisa James has created a world of quirky and lovable characters. The romance is tender and sexy. Narrator Mary Jane Wells does an excellent job.
