Just not good on audio. Better as a reference book. 

There was nothing new or fresh about this book to keep my interest

Excellent topic but I was bored

This reads like Therapy 101 - kind of boring

I just put it down one day and couldn’t be bothered to finish it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Checked some reviews of people I trust to see if it gets less confusing. Turns out it only gets more confusing. Great concept but as a casual SciFi reader, it’s probably not a good fit for me. There are just too many books in this world. 

The audiobook narrator is British using an American accent, and it is painfully obvious and terrible. I’ll watch the movie because I like the director and the cast but I couldn’t get into this book.

Too plotty, not enough background or character development. Audiobook narrator wasn’t great. 

There was nothing new or interesting about this story. I feel like I’ve read it hundreds of times before. 

Not in the mood. I needed something lighter.
