This was my first Ali Hazelwood read, and it was very cute! The romance was the best part of the story and the spice was spicing!!!

Really well written, I just don’t think the “hijacking mission” genre is for me!

Oh my gosh I feel like I need to take several deep breaths after this insane ride!!! This book definitely has you wondering wtf is going on for a good bit, while also giving you whiplash with all of the mind blowing things happening around the characters. This is definitely for those that love a good alien sci fi thriller. I had so much fun with this! And the diversity in the characters was so refreshing. I really appreciated this deep dive into how the main character, Denver, manages autism symptoms while also saving the world. I only wish the ending had been a bit shorter, because once the main plot wrapped up I was satisfied. Overall this was so great!

I have been waiting for this book to release for months, and I’m so glad to say that it did not disappoint for a second! This was the perfect mix of hilarious and heart wrenching. I was truly hooked from the start.  Imagine a world where they bring Harriet Tubman back to life, and she decides she wants to write a hiphop album with the spirituals she used to sing. An incredible concept for a book, and the end result was perfection! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!! I’m sad it’s over already and I hope Bob decides to dive back into this world for another book!

If you are a regency romance lover you must pick this up immediately!!!! This is not usually my favorite genre, but I did not want this book to end! It was the sweetest story I’ve read in a while. My heart is so full! The pining, the longing, the love, the way they speak to each other!! UGH!! And the women in this story are truly everything. Would highly recommend!

This was a collection of short stories featuring LGBTQ or two spirit characters and mostly in a sci-fi setting. Some of these stories especially had me on a rollercoaster! Some of them I didn’t want to end. This was such a fun ride, I’d highly recommend it! And the beginning intro into how colonialism affected how LGBTQ2S+ people are viewed and their ability to live freely was so powerful! I loved this book and am so glad I picked it for the trans rights readathon!

Such a sweet story! Featuring themes of birth and death, found family, family drama, grief, discovering self love, and finding love with someone else while healing. A beautiful story of a medium whose family owns a funeral home, and how he finds peace within himself while seeing ghosts everywhere he goes. I really enjoyed this start to the Trans Rights Readathon!!

*spoiler free!*
For a book that I already knew the basic plot of, that sure did absolutely destroy me!!! If you are a hunger games fan, this is a must read! I’ve been a fan of this series for over a decade, so new books can be scary (but exciting) to pick up. Thankfully, this was everything I could have wanted out of Haymitch’s story and then some! There were some really cool Easter eggs, familiar faces, and of course heart wrenching plot lines and de*ths. I feel so sad and empty now that it’s over. But also feeling ready to dive into every fan theory!! Suzanne truly never disappoints!

This was a cute little queer St Patrick’s day romance! I feel like the purpose of this was to give us a similar love story as the first book but from the opposite POV, with way more arguing and less of a build up. There were still some cute moments for sure, but I was much more charmed by the first book in the series! I hope there is another book about the Easter princess because THAT I would gladly read.

YESSSS!!! This book was the perfect follow up to Heartless Hunter! My heart was POUNDING for at least 50% of this read. Rune Winters is SUCH an inspiring character I love her SOOO much!!! I loved the way this duology ended, and am so glad I picked this up! I could barely put this down today, and I’m going to be thinking about it for the next week. My HEART!! Ahh!! I feel like I’m getting off of the best kind of rollercoaster now that I’ve finished!
