It felt like nothing was going on plot-wise a lot of the time, but I still enjoyed the book. I think it gives good context for the events and characters in Alice Oseman’s other books.

I did like that one of the main romances (it’s dual POV) was between two asexual sapphics! Some of the dialogue was just kind of... cringey. People don’t really speak aloud some of the things they say. There was also a character who went by she/they pronouns (Izzy), but I believe they were exclusively referred to with she/her pronouns unless I missed something.
