Just like the movie, after the Games it just kind of slows down a little too much, made it difficutl to stay in the book.
But it is nice to see what started President Snow to be the way he is.

I, a grown adult, actually cried while at work from listening to this.

Just like the movies, this is my absolute favorite.
Seeing Katniss' kindness to the lost tributes' families when on the Victory tour is just amazing.
And Finnick is my favorite, just like the movie again.

Trying not to compare the book to the movie, but it is very difficult.
I think they did a really good job of trying to make the movie as similar as possible and I'm glad I finally got a chance at reading it.

Absolutely amazing, as always, Sager hits it right on the mark and hits you with twist after twist.

This book would make an amazing movie or mini series.

The first 75% of this was just amazing, picking up from where the previous left off and getting right into the ending revenge; but the last little bit, AFTER the revenge, just didn't quite hit. It felt a little too rushed to give Lana her HAE.

OMG!!!

This one was so good. I love the relationship that seems be growing between Aelin/Celaena and Rowan.

I am so happy that she has finally remembered and admitted that she is in fact the Heir to Terrasen, and she will be the one to free the world from Adarlan's rampage against magic!!!

This one wasn't my favorite, but I definitely still love the characters and the relationships between everyone.
Just felt like an in-between book that is just getting ready to set up what's coming next.

Loved the trials, made me think of Hunger Games in a way.
The suspense with Cain and the ridderac was amazing!!!

The wife murdering her husband's lover..... then making sure he gets blamed for it...... and then she represents him in the trial!!!!!!!

This is a whirlwind from the very beginning, and I just could not stop, even if I had wanted to.
