This book was phenomenal. Recommend listening to the audiobook for a more immersive experience.

I love Cal Newport's work and this book was no different. It was especially interesting to listen to this while we are still a pretty remote society, due to Covid-19. I did a lot of reflecting while listening to this book and I think this is a book I would refer back to in the future.

I learned a lot about Frida, but I found myself just wanting the book to be over.

Definitely recommend the audio for this one. This is a super unique book and I really enjoyed it, so much that I didn't want it to end.

This book was incredibly timely with many companies still working remotely due to Covid-19, but much of the advice is applicable for folks who are working in the office as well. Listening to this book opened my eyes to a lot of things in my company that I don't like and things that I want to look for in future employers.

100% recommend listening to this one - Haben narrates and I loved how her personality enhanced the audiobook. The ableism is pretty rough to listen to at times.
