This book was absolutely batshit. Had to drop the rating down solely for the amount of times it discussed Minotaur balls lmao

Who let me listen to this while recovering from surgery and while the worst human is covering my store. 🫠

This book was damn good. Immediately knew I’d have to listen to the audiobook once I found out it’s the same narrator as Kaikeyi. 

Really recommend this to folks who are still religious who Don’t Understand things like the Black Lives Matter movement. Jon’s journey felt very similar to mine when I left religion and was validating to read. 

I don’t have or intend to have kids, but this book healed my inner child. Everyone should read this. 

Loooved the Deaf essays especially. Would not recommend if you have trauma re: Covid!

This was really interesting, but I think I read it too fast and didn’t digest it enough to love it. 

PRK could read me the damn phone book and I’d be hooked the whole time.
