My first time reading this story I did not put it down, pause for breath or stop until I had finished it. From the beginning sentence onward it held my full attention. I was captive to the psychological storm occuring within the pages.

In rereading I took my time getting into the tale. After being hit so profoundly by it the first time I wanted to really think about my reactions while reading the second time. My years of personal upheaval and growth in between reads seems to have taken some of the shiny quality away. I still find the psychology fascinating. I am curious to see what my thoughts will be when I next feel the need to read this book.

This story is definitely dark, mentally twisted and has a Stockholm syndrome theme. If any of that squicks you out consider yourself warned. If you enjoy mind fuckery wrapped up with your erotica this might be your cup of tea.

I enjoyed this book. It was a very quick read. The layout and style was fun. The short stories about Mr. Martin's time in movies were great and the Other Diversions made me laugh.

Great first installment in the next series of the Ivy Years world. I was thrilled to see characters return from prior books. It's wonderful to see them get their own stories. I loved all of the hockey woven throughout the good and the painful bits of the tale.

I enjoyed this one. The best part for me was Heidi learning that she is more than capable of taking care of herself. The banter she has with Jason is great too. They make a good couple.

Silas' story is sweet. I enjoyed that both main characters are mid twenties plus. They have grown up, become successful, know themselves and what they want which makes their trials interesting but not insurmountable. I was beyond happy with how it ended. Listening to the audio book was lovely.

Wonderful. I enjoyed this deep dive into the past of Avatar. Many twists and turns, grief and strife, laughter and happiness. I look very forward to reading the next book.

Loved this letter from Castro to Heidi. It is so very Castro which makes it very sweet. So pleased I got to read this.

Goodness. What a preview! This couple is so steamy in this short read.... I can not wait to begin their book.

More Potter

This is a nice collection of Potter related information. I enjoyed getting a deeper look into McGonagall and Lupin, especially as it goes into his childhood, as well as a few others. Looking forward to book 2.

Yay! Nate and Becca finally!

I could not be happier with this story. The romance between Nate and Becca has been many books in the making. It was worth the wait and build up. I enjoyed everything about the two of them becoming a couple.
