I enjoyed the information in this book. The exercises were thought provoking and inspired me to look deeply at my life mentally, emotionally and physically. This will be a wonderful resource going forward.

Oh, what a fun take on Alice in Wonderland! This tale had many twists and turns with some surprises along the way culminating in a most excellent conclusion. I am very happy with this read and this author.

All I can say is that it was different. For me the tale read almost as a ghost story. I am happy to be able to say I read it but I doubt if I ever do again.

Wow! Wonderfully written. While being incredibly sad, immensely painful and a touch bleak Evanna Lynch did conclude on a high note. I appreciate her honesty and bravery in telling her story as she has in this memoir. The light she shines on mental health and the lack of adequate and individualized care is important.

I would recommend this book to anyone with children, particularly girls, so that they might take away life lessons. Everything from what to watch for with eating disorders, what to say that might help as kids grow, what to keep kids away from (i.e. fashion magazines, negative driven media, etc.) as well as how to teach and help kids have or learn to have a positive relationship with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Fabulous! I enjoyed getting to know Meg, her history, what made her the 'big tough girl'that she is and to see her story continue was great. Extremely well told. I will most definitely re-read this book.

I enjoyed this read. There were laugh out loud moments, life lessons, tears, and recipes. I am looking forward to trying them soon. It was nice to learn more about one of my favorite tv hosts, particularly her heritage, culture, and upbringing. This is a beautifully written book that I would recommend reading.

I read this the first time as a young girl. Having not remembered the details of the story I decided to read it anew. It was a quick easy read that was enjoyable. Learning more of Matilda's background throughout was interesting. It went a long way in explaining her mindset and made her growth and change all the happier to read.
