Finally, a horror book where the horror is the institutional abuse of mentally ill people instead of the schizophrenic teens themselves. Lots of swearing. Written like an adult book.

The book is about a transgender teenage girl going through the coming out process. The writing is okay, but the main character flippantly talks about suicide as a viable option when the trans community is one that has an incredibly high rate of suicide. Not okay.
