every time i reread this series, this one always takes me the longest and i’m not sure why

this was very interesting - i learned a lot about the history of the prison system. 

one minor issue i had was the cadence in which she read. it. was. very. much. like. this. and it was a little distracting as it wasn’t on parts that seemed to be incredibly important
