Kinda fucked up actually lol

It took a lot of mental gymnastics but I finally get the hype. I got way too many flashbacks from my own life that it was genuinely triggering.

The sudden racism and transphobia was an interesting choice.

I'm glad that I didn't stop reading there but I still believe that the author would benefit from reading Sociology. They were trying to string several complex topics together and it ended up all being very bias and ultimately incorrect conclusions.

The pauses for meditation were too long in my opinion. But the information was good.
