Didn’t love it as much as the first one.

Beautiful story about two women with ambition for more. While some reviews call the storyline predictable, I found it enlightening and learned a lot about what it was like to give up a baby. Heartbreaking tale.

I wanted to love this book but I didn’t. I think it might have been because the fact that each character had a secret wasn’t divulged until the later half of the book. Or because some of the characters were truly boring. All this to say, I had to force myself to finish it and the end was predictable.

This was a beautiful, yet heartbreaking love story.

So many twists and turns that I was deliriously dizzy by the end. Amazing!

The first half of this book was great, the second half was a bit too crazy and implausible. In the attempt to have so many twists I think the author lost the premise of the book.
